Woodlawn Plaza In the Intermediate Scenario, the existing Woodlawn Plaza Mall is retained and revitalized with new retail and service uses, such as medical offices. Under the Stimulated Scenario the existing mall is removed and a new connector street (believed to be in the location of the vacated Lawnwood Avenue right-of-way) is introduced between State Street and Albany Street.
